The 5700-DI-RFP features a precision polypropylene main float with integrated upper disk, connected by the patented CSA/Av-Tek air release system in AISI 316 stainless steel.
- Body Design
Single chamber ductile cast iron body (GJS 450-10) rated for 580 psi provides exceptional strength and durability.
- Anti-Surge Protection
Revolutionary RFP (Rapid Fill Protection) technology automatically responds to excessive pressure differentials during pipeline filling. The upper float rises to reduce outflow capacity, controlling water column velocity and eliminating water hammer risks that damage conventional air valve systems.
- Protective Features
Standard stainless steel screen prevents insect entrance while allowing unrestricted air flow. Ductile iron cover provides superior impact resistance, with optional outlet configurations available for submerged applications and air conveyance requirements.
